We work with Articulate Storyline, Articulate RISE, and our own authoring tool. We choose the tools that best fit your case, or a mix of them.
Nudging
We encourage a target audience to learn by sending targeted, personal nudges based on behavior. We use techniques from gamification, focusing on rewards.
Workplace learning
We use our workplace learning app for additional on-the-job support. Employees can check instructions, scan a QR code for more information (e.g., about a machine), receive notifications and alerts, report incidents, and ask questions.

Creating awareness around undermining
As part of a larger eLearning programme, the animations were developed to briefly and concisely explain what undermining is and how the participant can recognise it. The illustrations make the abstract concept understandable for the participants and we find that after watching the animations, we can enter into the conversation about undermining in a much more focused way.
We will now also start using the animations outside eLearnings at the start of workshops to ensure that all participants start the session with the same basic knowledge.
